Automatic grey-water collection and discharge

A complete 12V shower sump box for collecting and pumping grey water from one or more shower, sink or washbasin drains. Rising water activates the internal float switch, and the built-in pump discharges through the 3/4in outlet while a check valve helps prevent backflow.

• For shower trays, sinks and washbasins on 12V yachts, motorboats, canal boats and small workboats.
• Handles grey water from multiple drains when the inlet sizes and combined flow are within the system capacity.
• Not intended for toilet waste, sewage, fuel, oil or heavily contaminated bilge water.
• Actual discharge capacity falls with vertical lift, hose length, bends and check-valve resistance.

Installation and package contents

• Mount level below the connected drain outlets and where the clear cover and mesh filter remain accessible.
• Connect unused inlets securely, route the 19mm discharge hose continuously upward and prevent siphoning as required.
• Use a fused 12V circuit with cable sized for the 5A maximum draw and run length.
• Package contains the sump box, internal 750GPH pump, integrated float switch, mesh filter, clear cover and outlet check valve. Verify inlet adapters and hose sizes before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

Does it need a separate float switch?

No. Automatic water-level control is integrated inside the sump box.

Can it handle toilet waste?

No. It is for grey water from showers and sinks, not sewage or macerated waste.

Can several drains connect to it?

Yes. The enclosure provides multiple inlet ports, subject to inlet size and combined flow.

Why does the filter need cleaning?

Hair, soap and debris can restrict flow or obstruct the float, so the removable mesh filter requires regular cleaning.
