How do I know if it is compatible?

How do I install these on the oar?

For the best fit, we recommend submersing the collar in hot soapy water for a few minutes before sliding it onto the oar shaft. This allows the plastic to become more pliable, ensuring it slides into place easily and creates a tight, secure bond once cooled.
