Questions & Answers
Is this a genuine NASA Marine part?
Yes, this is an authentic NASA Marine product manufactured in the United Kingdom, supplied as a complete kit with transducers and a weather cover.
How do I know if it is compatible?
We recommend checking the SKU (CLIP-DUET). This system is compatible with standard 12V marine power and fits any standard 110mm instrument cut-out. It is ideal for GRP hulls where through-hull transducers can be fitted.
Can the depth transducer be mounted inside the hull?
Yes, the depth transducer can be mounted "in-hull" using a separate NASA In-Hull Mounting Kit (sold separately), provided the hull is solid GRP and not a sandwich/cored construction.
Note: Please verify your vessel's hull type before installing transducers. Always follow the included NASA Marine wiring diagram for 12V connections at 4boats.co.uk.
